About Us

Tom & Nancy Kuczmarski, and their son, Joe Flanders, work as a family sales team at Century 21 Pine Point Realty, known as 'The NATO Group'.  The team was formed in 2001 when Tom joined Nancy selling real estate.  Joe came aboard in 2004.  The team name of ‘NATO’ is derived from NAncy & TOm.

The team functions well because their duties are well defined.  Nancy is the ‘detail’ person who works behind the scenes and makes sure all of the paperwork is filled out properly and contract dates are met.  She also handles the marketing.  Tom and Joe are able to devote most of their time to working with Buyers & Sellers and GETTING THE JOB DONE!

Tom is a Rhinelander native and graduated from RHS in 1969.  He continued his education at UW-Stevens Point before returning to Rhinelander to work at the family's seed potato farm in Starks.  The farm is still there...seed potatoes are not, thus, the real estate career.  Tom has achieved the designations of GRI® (Graduate REALTORS® Institute), CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist), e-PRO® (Technology & Internet Certification Program) and ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative).

Nancy moved to Rhinelander in 1982 from Wausau, WI and has been in the real estate business for almost 30 years.  She is a graduate of UW-SP with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate.  She also holds the designations of GRI®, CRS® and e-Pro®. 

Joe is a 1997 graduate of RHS and attended UW-Eau Claire.  He is a Broker Associate with 7 years of sales experience and is currently working on attaining the CRS® designation.  He currently holds the GRI® & e-Pro® designations and is also the Chairman of Professional Standards for the Northwoods Association of REALTORS®.

Tom & Nancy like to travel, golf, hunt, fish and go for leisurely pontoon rides on the Moen Chain of Lakes, which is just East of Rhinelander.  In addition to Joe, they have 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren.

Joe enjoys sports of all kinds, especially ice hockey and baseball.  He is also an avid snowmobiler and all around 'good guy'.
